1. About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build Glev’s marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, well-funded startup at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity — two of the most transformative trends of our time.

You’ll lead demand generation and content strategy with one clear focus: drive measurable revenue impact. As one of the first hires on the go-to-market team, you’ll work closely with the founders, sales, and engineering to design and execute campaigns that create pipeline, accelerate deals, and elevate our presence in the market.

2. How you will contribute

  • Own our content strategy from day one
  • Develop a compelling content engine tailored to technical audiences — from AppSec leaders, visionary CISOs to developers — that builds trust, drives engagement, and positions Glev as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space.
  • Design and run revenue-generating campaigns
  • Launch and optimize high-impact, multi-channel campaigns (email, social, ABM, events) focused on generating qualified pipeline and contributing directly to booked ARR.
  • Empower our sales team
  • Collaborate closely with sales to create enablement assets, nurture sequences, and ABM playbooks that accelerate deal cycles and improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
  • Create moments that matter
  • Plan and execute high-quality events — conferences, webinars, customer roundtables — that drive visibility, generate leads, and elevate our brand in a crowded market.
  • Pioneer AI-native marketing practices
  • Experiment with and implement generative AI tools to accelerate content production, enhance campaign performance, and unlock insights — laying the groundwork for a scalable, AI-powered marketing stack.

3. What you need to succeed

  • 2–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, AppSec, security or IT teams)
  • Strong grasp of complex, enterprise buying journeys in cybersecurity or Enterprise software
  • Proven track record of campaigns that impact pipeline and revenue
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering
  • Bonus points for:
    • Excellent content writing and messaging skills
    • Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows (e.g., content gen, SEO, analytics)
