Where’s the office?

Glev is a remote-first company. We believe in flexibility and autonomy, but also in human connection — that’s why we meet in person every 8 weeks to spend quality time together as a team.

How are you funded?

We’ve secured a strong pre-seed round from experienced CISOs and major financial institutions. This gives us the runway and credibility to build ambitiously and sustainably.

How do you approach compensation?

We believe exceptional people deserve exceptional packages. When the skillset and energy are there, we offer above-market compensation. For early team members, we’re designing equity packages that have the potential to be life-changing.
